Product Notes
The grapes have been sourced from two vineyards notable for new refinement and elegance of style. The 30% whole bunch and wild fermentation has resulted in an aromatic and seductive wine with elegant restraint and matured for 16 months in 13% new French oak hogsheads, the balance in one year and older French and Hungarian oak hogsheads.
