Refund policy


1. Cellar and Co. reserve the right to cancel any order. In these circumstances, we will provide you notification as soon as possible using the contact details you provided. We will also refund all monies paid by the original payment method or another agreed method.

2. Wine can occasionally be faulty (eg. corked or oxidised). If your order is proven to be faulty, we will provide a replacement (where possible) or a full refund provided that you return at least ¾ of the bottle to Cellar and Co within 48 hours of opening it. Cellar and Co will test any products returned within 24 hours of receipt. Where it is not possible to return at least ¾ of the bottle to Cellar and Co. within 48 hours of opening, please contact us immediately to discuss alternative options for assessing the product. 3. If you have made a mistake and ordered the wrong product, we will provide either a store credit or a refund provided you return the product to us in its original condition within 7 days. In these circumstances we will not be able to refund any delivery charges.
