When to drink
Encourage cellaring for up to 5 years
On the nose
Very deep, bold red/purple colour, youthful and fresh, as is the bouquet. There are intense, fresh, vibrant ripe blackberry and blackcurrant cabernet aromas galore and oak takes a back-seat.
On the palate
Blackcurrant, violet, mint and cedarwood characters combine to form a classic whole. The reputation of Black Label cabernet precedes it, but this is an excellent version. It's medium in weight, but it has torque, grip and acceleration.
