Ever since day one, back in 2015, we’ve always been about drinkability and deliciousness. Wines of purity, flavour, balance and purpose served with a twist. Our young winemaking team is driven to explore new regions, varieties, and experimental winemaking styles. Each time they ask the simple questions “Are we passionate about this place? Does this grape excite us? Can we have fun with it?”. That’s the guidebook to The Other Wine Co. Some of them are classics, and some are mavericks; all of them make sense to us.

On the nose
A fresh and fragrant gris that has aromas of sliced pear and lemon, as well as apple.
On the palate
The palate is then bright and fresh, with crisp acidity plus a touch of sweetness with that fresh pear fruit now offset by more savoury gentle lees influences before a drying, pithy finish.
Product Notes
Low yields and handpicked fruit. Cool fermentation in stainless steel is followed by four months on lees. Fresh, lively & textured.
