On the nose
An exotic amalgam of highly perfumed aromatics compete for attention: watermelon granita, fresh quince, juniper berries, sherbet, finger lime.
On the palate
Bright primary red fruit dominates the flavour profile. All ripe cherries, white wild strawberries and jasmine blossom. Slatey acidity with a grippy texture.

Pinot Noir from Adelaide Hills. The 2021 vintage was celebrated by grape growers and winemakers across South Australia both for its long cool ripening and a return to respectable yields
