Established by Salvatore Pala in 1950, today, Mario Pala represents the third generation of the family to run this famous estate. The winery is located in Serdiana, a small town some 20km from Cagliari, the capital of Sardegna. The Pala estate specialises in Vermentino and Cannonau, combining a deep respect for tradition and their land with modern wine-making techniques to produce a stunning range of wines.

On the nose
Intense, persistent floral and vegetable aroma with notes of lime and balsamic.
On the palate
Grapefuit and citrus with a minerality and saline finish.
Product Notes
After first cleaning and the addition of selected yeasts, obtained from a soft pressing of the grapes is left to ferment in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15° C. At the end of fermentation, after a light clarification, it is put to rest for a few months in stainless steel vats; after this period, it is possible to proceed with the bottling.
