On the nose
The resulting wine a crimson red in colour. A beautiful blend of spice and fruit aromas across the nose
On the palate
A lush and layered palate of dark cherry and red berry flavours. A soft yet bright acid line provides drive and length to wine before the classic fantail finish of a great Yarra Pinot Noir.
Product Notes
A traditional winemaking approach was used to produce this wine - whole berry/bunch fermentation in open vessels for three weeks, followed by a nine-month maturation in French oak barrels.
