Dom Ruinart are made entirely of Chardonnay Grand Cru from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims vineyards. Born in great vintages, they come from the best harvests. It is at the heart of the cellars of Maison Ruinart that these prestige bottles are slowly aged, for an average of ten years, and gain in aromatic complexity.

Tasting Notes

When to drink
Enjoy now!
On the nose
The sweet red fruits of wild strawberry, raspberry and redcurrent are immediately obvious. This then leads to softly aromatic roses and mineral wet stone.
On the palate
Indicative blend: 45% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims vineyards, 55% of the Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne vineyards.
Product Notes
The Rosé from Champagne house Ruinart in 2004 is a blend of 81% chardonnay and 19% Pinot Noir coming exclusively from the Sillery Cru. Low dosage levels (4.5 g / l) allow the natural sweetness of the red fruits to shine through.
