On the nose
Medium dark red colour with purple tints. Spicy berry fruit aromas and hints of cedar and oak influence on the nose.
On the palate
The palate is refined and smooth, showing flavours of ripe blackberry and red currant characters. Fine, ripe tannins round out the wine, with lingering dried herb and savoury nuances on the finish.
Product Notes
Today five of us - Robert and sons Matt, Mike, Chris and Jason - manage and farm 140 hectares of vineyards across five sites in the southwest. We use only our fruit to produce wine.
