The Hunter Valley is renowned for its dry table wines of Semillon and Shiraz. Brokenwood's production of these is further supported by premium grapes sourced from all the suitable regions for all the right reasons, such as Orange, Beechworth and McLaren Vale.

Lovely florals and lemongrass aromas.
On the palate
Mouth-filling flavours of pear and lemon pith balance the zesty acid backbone.
Product Notes
Harvesting was all done by hand. The fruit was crushed, chilled and pressed immediately. Neutral yeasts were used for the fermentation and bottled in May. No oak and no malolactic ferment, only stainless steel.
