On the nose
Aromas of tropical fruits and lime.
On the palate
The palate shows stone fruits with passionfruit, blackcurrant and a touch of grapefruit: a lingering dry finish, a premium Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
Product Notes
After harvest at our Marlborough vineyards, the grapes were quickly crushed and pressed into stainless steel tanks. The juice was fermented at controlled cool temperatures to capture the intense varietal flavours. After extensive tasting trials by the winemakers, this organic sauvignon blanc was blended, finished and bottled.
