As a family-owned vineyard and winery, we aim to create wines that reflect the heritage of our site, and the independent, creative energy of the Yarra Valley. Tasting Notes

When to drink
Enjoy now!
On the nose
The 2021 Airlie Bank Gris on Skins has its distinctive Redskin (now quite rightly re-named Red Ripperz!) nose, with Meyer lemon and Aperol notes along with super pretty berries and vanilla.
On the palate
The palate is restrained with musky pear and florals with a bitter twang to finish, rounded out with savoury and a hint of funk (that’s the skin fermentation at play).
Product Notes
This year, winemaking was more towards the bunch, and even the skins component had a more extended maceration (4 days).
