Nick O’Leary wines are produced from some of the best cool-climate vineyards across the Canberra region. In the Murrumbidgee River corridor, situated in the picturesque Hall Valley, just outside the ACT, the estate incorporates a modern winemaking facility and a mature 5-hectare vineyard. Since our beginnings, well over a decade ago, our focus has always been to make hand-worked Shiraz and Riesling wines that genuinely exhibit the character of our region and express our unique personality and style.

On the nose
Aromas of red fruits, sage and lifted white pepper
On the palate
The palate is of medium weight showing brambly dark berry characters, a dusting of classy oak and finishing with fine savoury tannins.
Product Notes
A single vineyard wine sourced from our estate vineyard. Grapes were hand-harvested at 13 Baume and processed into 1.5tonne open fermenters with 35% whole bunches, balanced whole berries and matured in 30% new French barriques, balanced in seasoned French barriques for 14 months and bottled in July 2020.
