Enjoy now!
On the nose
Inky dark cherry aromas mix with red liquorice, fresh herbs, earth and spice.
On the palate
Medium-bodied with a vibrant, youthful feel, freshly crushed dark cherry flavours intermingle with infusions of fresh herbs, inky earth and spice. Bright, crunchy like acidity with slightly chalky tannins and a new, tightly knit finish.
Product Notes
Bruno Rocca's Trifolé Dolcetto d'Alba is made from 50-year-old Dolcetto vines grown in clay soils with marl and limestone at an altitude of 250-300 meters. All grapes have been hand-harvested and after careful sorting are destemmed and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
