Terms and conditions

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made via Crown Melbourne Limited, trading as Cellar and Co.

  1. Cellar and Co practises responsible service of alcohol and patrons must be 18+ years of age to purchase or order alcohol via Crown Cellar & Co.

  1. By accessing Cellar & Co’s website you confirm and agree that you are at least 18 years of age.

  1. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated via this website.

  1. All advertised prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

  1. All orders are subject to the availability of stock.

  1. Cellar and Co reserve the right to cancel any order. In these circumstances, we will provide you notification as soon as possible using the contact details you provided. We will also refund all monies paid by the original payment method or another agreed method.

  1. You may cancel your order by providing us written notice prior to it being dispatched. A cancellation fee may apply in these circumstances. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  1. Crown Rewards members can earn Crown Rewards points on all purchases from Cellar & Co. For in store purchases, please present your Crown Rewards card at time of purchase. For online purchases, please enter your Crown Rewards card number at the time of purchase.

  1. Product vintages and prices are subject to change. Label images are sometimes only used for the purpose of illustrating wine from that producer. Cellar & Co may not necessarily stock that particular vintage.

  1. Where stock needs to be specially ordered in, Cellar & Co reserves the right to be pre-paid in full. If you cancel an order that was specially ordered in, we reserve the right to retain any reasonable amount necessary to cover Cellar and Co’s expenses.

  1. You must be present upon delivery of your order and photo identification needs to be presented upon contactless delivery. If you are not at home, you will be left a delivery note to collect your order from your local post office. Delivery fee within a 25km radius from Southbank is $15.00 per order value of up to $199.99 and waived for order value over $199.99. Delivery fee outside of 25km radius from Southbank is $25.00 per order value of up to $399.99 and waived for order over $399.99.

  1. Wine can occasionally be faulty (eg. corked or oxidised). If your order is proven to be faulty, we will provide a replacement (where possible) or a full refund provided that you return at least ¾ of the bottle to Cellar and Co within 48 hours of opening it. Cellar and Co will test any products returned within 24 hours of receipt. Where it is not possible to return at least ¾ of the bottle to Cellar and Co within 48 hours of opening, please contact us immediately to discuss alternative options for assessing the product.   1. If you have made a mistake and ordered the wrong product, we will provide either a store credit or a refund provided you return the product to us in its original condition within 7 days. In these circumstances we will not be able to refund any delivery charges.

  1. When you checkout, you will receive a tracking link that will give you an estimated delivery timeframe. If your delivery is more than three days late, please email us immediately at crowncellar@crownmelbourne.com.au so that we can assist by making enquiries with our delivery provider.

  1. If an ordered product breaks or is lost during transit, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
