Dalrymple Vineyards was established by Bertel and Anne Sundstrup in 1987. They were visionaries, travelling to France for inspiration and guidance. Situated in the heart of the highly acclaimed Pipers River region of northeast Tasmania.

On the nose
A wide array of aromatics which include violet, dark cherry, strawberry and subtle anise followed by forest floor, light spicy cedar and fresh herb notes.
On the palate
Light to medium-bodied, delicious ripe dark cherry, strawberry and anise flavours are supple and fleshy in their feel—velvety tannins with an expansive power wave and a long moreish finish.
Product Notes
The fruit was sourced from Dalrymple’s vineyard at Pipers River, utilising a variety of blocks, different clones and slightly different aspects. Each of these sites makes its unique contribution to the final blend, with maturation taking place in French oak barriques (24% new) for 11 months.
